Cancellation Policy
Using social media DM is an unacceptable method for cancelation.
Clients who cancel and/or reschedule with less than 24 hrs notice,arrive more that 15 mins late,or are a No Show & No Notice,will be charged 100% of their scheduled service amount.This fee cannot be used for future services.
Clients with more than 1 No Show & No Notice will be required to prepay for future services before booking. If the card on file is declined for a missed appointment , you will no longer be allowed to book again until the full balance is paid for. Only person(s) & parent if a minor is scheduled for service allowed in studio.
Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in studio.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
